OMSI stands for "Oh My, Science is Interesting!"

Well, OMSI really stands for Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, but the boys had a great time there nonetheless. Dad took the Boy Scout Troop to OMSI for a camp-in on the submarine, and Wesley got to go along. This left mom home alone for much of the weekend, oh darn! The theme at OMSI this year is, "Goosebumps: The Science of Fear."

Projects, projects, projects. Using clay to make boats for a contest to see how many marbles your boat could hold before it sank. Buoyancy Lab is fun!

Wesley and friends checking out the submarine. Yes, they came home smelling like diesel!

A cool night time shot of the sub.

A cool daytime shot of the sub with Cameron and buddies on the dock.

The boys headed to the planetarium show. They loved it!

Wesley loves science experiments!

Dad was being a smarty and captured a picture of what he thinks is Mom's biggest fear. Is he right??? YES!

We also have Dad's biggest fear :)

All in all they had a great time and wish they could have stayed for a few days more. They did note, however, that sleeping in a submarine rack was less than roomy!
