Happy Birthday, Wesley!

Yikes, my "baby" is now 11 years old! Even he is realizing that time seems to just speed by these days :)

We began the birthday with a special breakfast of pancakes in the shape of the birthday year, a Nichols tradition.


Then it was on to presents!


Ooooh, a Bakugan holder for all the rolling Bakugan toys that have invaded his bedroom. How handy!


Yea, another board game for the King of board games! And it's another version of Monopoly (that joins our Spongebob, traditional, Oceanopoly, and Here and Now editions of Monopoly already in the game closet). This one has you building cities, and he is already breaking off the wrapper as we speak. Guess what Mom will be doing today?

Tonight we are hosting a friend for a sleepover and heading out to see Alvin and the Chipmunks the Squeakuel. Should be a great day!
