We had a great time preparing for Easter, starting with egg decorating last night. Mom always looks for some kind of egg coloring kit that we haven't tried yet, so this year it was splatter painting. And oh yeah, it splattered alright :)
First we dyed the eggs as usual, then splatter painted them.

Easter basket time. The boys got chocolate bunnies, Nerds, Star Wars PEZ dispensers, and Reeses pieces.
The boys got new swim towels too. Thank goodness, because the old ones had holes in them.
The Easter Bunny hid the eggs in the yard this time. The boys had been dropping not-so-subtle hints for the last few days about hiding the eggs somewhere besides the living room, and apparently the bunny heard them. We're just glad we did our hunt before the rain hit!
Forgot to get this picture up the other day, check out Mr. 4.0 GPA :) Wesley was very happy with his accomplishment, as were Mom and Dad. We hope you have a great day!
