Cameron and his Cub Scout buddies spent an exciting night at an OMSI camp-in last night. They got to sleep aboard "The Blue Back," a diesel-electric submarine. As you can see, they had a total blast.

Cameron and Bryan hang out (upside down!) in a Gemini capsule. Cool!

The boys were challenged to make the most bouyant vessel they could, measured by how many marbles it could hold. Cameron and Bryan took second place with 39 marbles. The vessels were made of clay.

Learning about propulsion; making a motor work from a battery.

Cameron really enjoyed the planetarium show; they saw "Northwest Skies" and did some interactive things.

Dad captured a great pic of the submarine at night.

Sleeping quarters were rather tight! Dad and Mr. Spencer had the chance to relive their Navy "rack" days...

The gang at the end of the trip.
