Happy Halloween from the Nichols family! I saved all the Halloween-related pictures for one blog post, but we've had a busy week getting ready.

Nanni and Bubba sent some terrific Halloween presents, we loved everything!

Pumpking carving time :) Signe and her mom joined us, it was her mom's first time ever to carve a jack-o-lantern. We enjoyed a pizza dinner then dug in.

Eeeeew, pumpkin guts!

Sig and Cameron really get into it.

Wesley's finished product, complete with a mustache, goatee and flames on the side of his head :)

Dad's finished product, can you guess that it's "Pumpkin Pi?" Get it?

Mom's pumpkins are always smiling...

Our pumpkin family on the front porch.

Halloween morning started off with bat-shaped pancakes (stars too).

Wesley all dressed up and ready to hit the trunks at our church's "Trunk or Treat" party.

We really went all out at the Trunk or Treat, we were "Fishers of Men" (Matthew 4:19), and brought our canoe and fishing gear. It was fun to hand out treats from a fishing net and creel. Someone joked that next year there better be a limit on sizes of props, our canoe was pretty big!

We brought Angus and his buddy Gauge along, dressed in Halloween neckerchiefs. They had a blast sniffing all the kids, and they had lots of admirers. Here they were sniffing for their own doggie trick-or-treat biscuits.

Mom and Wes handing out candy at Trunk or Treat. We really enjoyed this event.

The whole gang. Happy Halloween!
