Wow, Mom and Wesley went to a Lincoln Brewster concert last night and was it ever a blast! He is one of our favorite K-LOVE artists, and we were tickled that he gave a concert at a church very near our house. Wesley wore his shooting earmuffs to keep the sound down, but that didn't stop us from rockin' out the great music. Our good friend (and praise ensemble leader), Mary Panther, came with us. The fun part about Lincoln Brewster is that he is a worship leader first and foremost, so the concert was a great time of worship. The words to all the songs were on the screen so everyone could sing along, and it was very cool. He is also extremely funny, and his stories of his 2 and 5 year old boys were a hoot. Needless to say, we enjoyed it very much.
Wesley and Mary enjoyed the concert.Cameron stayed home with dad to get a good night's sleep before their big hunting weekend. I'll have pictures of that great event in a couple of days.
