Skating Party and Fun With Boo

The boys tried something new today, skating at the roller rink! Now there is only one rink in the Tri Cities, and it is in Richland, so skating isn't a typical activity for us. It was our friend Rachael's birthday, and we had a great time! To be honest, Wesley wasn't a big fan of skating, and he and Mom looked pretty funny when Mom tried to help him up after he fell. His skates kept sliding out from under him, and we looked like a cartoon gone crazy! Cameron just kept plugging away, and by the end of the party he was skating all around the rink by himself (slowly, but surely). We want to try skating again, and maybe next time Mom will strap on some skates.

Wesley gave it a good try.

I had to put in a picture of Rachael's birthday cake because it brought back so many memories of Barbie cakes that I had as a kid!

Emma came to stay last weekend, and we had so much fun with her! The boys really enjoy playing big brother, and Emma is very patient with them :)

Hanging out with Mo Bear after a bath. All you have to do is say "Bath time for Boo!" and she runs to the bathroom and starts taking off her clothes. It is so cute!

We went to a family picnic at Uncle Bob's house in Hermiston. Emma liked all the horses around his property.

Taking a rest on the Mule.

Tractors are fun!
