We had two big events today: Scouting for Food in the morning, and our final soccer game and celebration in the afternoon.
The boys, dad, and a bunch of other cub scouts went out and put door hangers on about 250 houses announcing that we were "scouting for food" donations. The cub scouts put the door hangers out, and next week our church's Boy Scout Troop will do the pick-up. We enjoy doing a "good turn" and helping others.
Today was our final indoor soccer game, and afterward the whole team went to Dairy Queen (mmmm...blizzards) for a celebration, complete with trophies! We had a great time, and we've enjoyed watching the boys' skills improve so much during the season.
