Off we go, into the wild blue yonder...

The boys and Dad had a great time at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum recently. They saw "Legends of Flight" in the IMAX theater, learned all about planes and flight, and slept under the wings of the Spruce Goose! Check out the pics.

Wesley giving the shuttle landing simulator a try. They were going to do paper rockets but the launching gear didn't work so they let the boys tour the space part of the museum for free.

A cool plane that we can't identify, though Bubba might be able to...

The SR-71 Blackbird, the fastest plane in the world! It goes over 2,200 mph. See, educational!

Wesley and Max in their "campground". Looks comfy, huh?

World War I flying ace Cameron donning his pilot gear in preparation for a flight in his Sopwith Camel.

Ground School where they discussed the four forces on a plane - lift, thrust, drag, and gravity - see it was educational too!
