Happy Halloween!

We have had a busy night! It all started with pumpkin carving this afternoon after school. We hadn't had a free evening lately to get it done, so we dug in today.

Wesley getting started.

Cameron pulling out the goo. He chose a ghost pumpkin this year.

The carving masters at work :)

Wesley's finished product, he did the whole thing himself :)

Um, Cameron has a penchant for weirdness with his pumpkins, and this year is no different. Ugh!

We tried to spray Cameron's hair bright yellow, but it kind of didn't work. In fact, the color was more of a neon freaky green!

Cameron was Link, a character from The Legend of Zelda video game. Link is an elf, so we went that direction with the costume. Mom made this costume (except for the green long sleeve shirt that we bought). He looked great!

Wesley was his favorite video game character too, Luigi from Nintendo's Mario and Luigi. Mom made this costume too. He looked awesome!

We participated in the First Pres Trunk or Treat party again this year, and it was even more fun than last year! Our theme was Noah's Ark, and the boys have more pairs of animals than Mom realized. Dad threw in some pairs of duck and geese decoys too. We brought 300 pieces of candy to the event, and we ran short!

Guess who came to see us at Trunk or Treat, Snow White! Also known as Emma! She looked adorable :)

Molly and Angus came along as the live animals on our ark. They were the hit of the party, and they loved meeting so many people!

The boy's pumpkins all lit up. We hope you had a great Halloween!
