Hunting

Cameron and Will spent the night at the famous Nichols Ranch bunkhouse this past weekend, then awoke for a leisurely morning pheasant hunt. This was training time for Angus, he followed behind Molly so he could see how it's REALLY done. Will said the training worked well, and Molly managed to not re-injure her leg.

As you can imagine, the ranch is like heaven to Cameron. He particularly likes the old machine shed, which is full of interesting and sometimes ancient farm tools. He wants to know the purpose of each item, and wants to bring them all home as "treasures." After the hunt in Athena last weekend, Mom had to outlaw certain treasures, and demand that they not come in the house (the treasures in question were a cow skull and several cow bones!).
